Jianbo Liu obtained his M.S.E. degree and Ph.D degree both in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States in 2003 and 2007, respectively. He worked as a researcher in General Motors Research and Development Center, Warren, Michigan from 2007 to 2009. He joined the lab. in 2009. His research interest resides in the area of complex system modeling, analysis and control. He is currently working with Professor Oweiss and Professor Khalil on the feedback control of cortical microstimulation.
