Dr. Karim Oweiss was invited to speak at the Penn Center for Brain Injury and Repair at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Penn CBIR has been in existence for more than 30 years and is one of only five designated Brain Injury Centers nationwide. Dr. Oweiss delivered his seminar entitled: "An Engineer's view of the Brain: Can we electronically read and potentially write to the mind?" on April, 2nd, 2009. The seminar was hosted by Prof. Douglas Smith, Director of Penn CBIR.
